- Financial and auditors’ report, with time for members’ questions
- Corporation Report from the Chair and COO
- Confirmation of the auditors’ appointment and pay

The MG Code of Conduct applies throughout the meetings. We ask everyone to:
- Treat each other with respect
- Speak one at a time, through the Chair
- Keep phones switched off or on silent
The Chair may ask anyone who disrupts the meeting to leave.
